Terms of Service

You must create an account to use our Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

For business accounts, the person creating the account represents that they have authority to bind the business to these Terms.

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current plans and pricing are available on our website.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is due upon subscription or renewal
• All fees are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include applicable VAT
• You authorize us to charge your designated payment method

We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes apply to subsequent billing periods. If you do not agree to a price increase, you may cancel your subscription.

We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused time, except as required by Swedish law or at our sole discretion.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. You remain liable for all amounts due, plus any collection costs.

You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process Customer Data solely to provide the Service.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data you upload.

While we implement security measures to protect your data, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We perform regular backups, but you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of critical data.

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Ordinal and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may experience downtime for:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
• Emergency repairs
• Circumstances beyond our control

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that negatively affect your use.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Fail to pay fees when due
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Use the Service in a manner that risks harm to us or others

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees
• You should export your data before termination
• We may delete your data after a reasonable period (typically 30 days)
• Provisions that should survive termination will continue to apply

We warrant that the Service will perform substantially as described. This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

• Misuse or unauthorized modifications
• Third-party software or services
• Your hardware or internet connection

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• Lost profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Loss of goodwill

Our total liability arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot be excluded under Swedish law

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with:

• Swedish accounting laws (Bokföringslagen)
• Tax regulations
• GDPR and data protection laws
• Industry-specific regulations applicable to your business

We design the Service to facilitate compliance with Swedish accounting standards, but ultimate responsibility for compliance rests with you.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the Swedish courts, with the district court of Stockholm as the court of first instance.

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiations to resolve disputes.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Studio Kantala AB regarding the Ordinal service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Sending an email notification
• Displaying a notice in the Service

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must cancel your subscription.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, pandemics, or internet/telecommunications failures.

These Terms are provided in English. In case of discrepancy between translations, the English version prevails, except where local law requires otherwise.
